Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns. When you make a purchase, your agreement for the transaction is with Paddle, and all approved refunds are ultimately processed through their payment infrastructure.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your initial purchase of a RexLab premium service or subscription. If you find that our experimental tools do not meet your workflow needs within the first 14 days of your original purchase, you are eligible for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
